The Yalagur Gow Shala of Uttaradi Math, located in Bijapur District, Karnataka, is a sacred initiative founded under the blessings of Shri 1008 Shri Satyatma Teertha Swamiji.
Rooted in Vedic tradition, the Gow Shala is dedicated to the protection, preservation, and service of indigenous cows, revered as Go Maata — the embodiment of prosperity, dharma, and divine blessings.
More than 15 dedicated Gopalakaru (caretakers) provide round-the-clock care, ensuring every cow receives proper food, shelter, and medical attention across our 35 acres of sacred land.
